Today my group and i have to present about contact centre operations. We have worked hard to complete this task. We don't know why, our presentation so bad. Many information which should not be in slide, and we made it. Actually, we have no enough time and lack of preparation for today presentation. And our trainer ask my group to redo our assignment and slide show. This is the first thing that has happened in my life....OMG....i fell so tired..
...and now we have to double work hard to do more better in our assignment especially our presentation skills..
